A meticolous structural restauration has been completed in more than six years under the guide of the “Sovrintendenza alle Belle Arti di Siracusa”, with a cost of over than two milions euros. We availed ourselves of the  survey of the construction company Serafini di Noto, the architect Salvatore Guarino and the engineer Vincenzo Dejan. They took care of the total remaking and strengthening of each structure and implant (floors, roofs, vaults, fronts, hydraulic and electric implants). Using modern technologies we remade the entire building in the total respect of the history. Currently the part of the palace for sale needs only to put finishing touches to define places, already characterized by history, with the personality of the new owners.
